First: Return and Exchange Policy
⏳ Timeframe
- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of the purchase date, with the deduction of all administrative and service fees related to the order.
- The product can be replaced during its warranty period , in accordance with the warranty terms attached to each product.
General Terms
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, and packaged in the original packaging with all accessories and invoice .
- If you purchase an offer or bundle , all products included in the offer must be returned together .
- If the reason for the return or exchange is not due to an error on the part of the store or shipping company, the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs .
⚙️ Terms and conditions specific to technical products
- Opened products can only be returned or exchanged if there is a proven manufacturing defect .
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Misuse or tampering with the product.
- Breakage or damage caused by falling or moisture.
- Using non-original or incompatible accessories or chargers.
- Operating the product incorrectly or modifying it by a third party.
Products that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable

- Tablets
- laptops
- Apple products.
- Digital cards, vouchers, and electronic gifts.

- After the return request is approved, the refund will be processed via the same original payment method within 1 to 7 business days from the date of issuance of the return policy.
Second: Warranty Policy
Warranty Scope
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only , and does not cover the following:
- Misuse or breakage.
- The product was exposed to external factors not intended for it, such as water or heat.
- Performing unauthorized external maintenance.
- Using non-original accessories or chargers.
- Products offered as gifts are only covered by the agent's warranty .
Guarantee Implementation Mechanism
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new product if repair is not possible.
- If the product is found to be undamaged or has been misused, it will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs .
- The product inspection period ranges from 7 to 14 working days from the date of receipt.
⚖️ Fair Use Policy
- In the event of replacing the product with a new one, the customer bears the shipping costs only, without any deduction from the product's value.
If the product is unavailable
- If the product to be replaced is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to choose a suitable alternative product or to take appropriate action in agreement with the customer.
Third: Additional Instructions
- Qarm Communications Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock shortage, with a full refund to the customer.
- The store has the right to modify its return and exchange policy without prior notice in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
