• Products offered as gifts from Qarm Store are subject to the agent's warranty.

• In the case of purchasing a package or offer, the warranty covers only the product that experiences a malfunction.

• If maintenance is needed, the necessary maintenance will be carried out.

• If the product is found to be completely ineffective, it will be replaced with a new one.

• If it is found that the product has been misused or damaged not covered by the warranty, the product will be reshipped to the customer.

Exclusions from the warranty include:

• Misuse or damage resulting from breakage or cutting.

• Opening or tampering with the product in a condition other than its original state.

• Failure to follow operating instructions.

• The product was exposed to water if it was not waterproof.

• Perform external maintenance.

• Using accessories that are incompatible with the device's specifications.

Golden Guarantee:

• We offer a gold warranty on some products, specifically those marked with a gold warranty on the product page.
• The Gold Guarantee allows you to return the product if you are not satisfied after trying it, provided that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be undamaged and free of any defects, and the product packaging must be intact without any cuts or tears.
• Shipping fees of 45 riyals round trip + 4% payment gateway fees are deducted, and the remaining amount is refunded to the customer.

Shipping costs:

• The customer bears the shipping costs for product inspection.

• If the product to be replaced is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to choose an alternative product after deducting the usage period.

Examination duration:

• The inspection process takes 7 to 14 working days from the date of receiving the shipment.
